Orders placed Monday - Thursday ship within 24 - 48 hours. 

Orders placed Fri - Sun are shipped the following Monday. 

Regular shipping and express shipping rates are available.

Should you wish to be extra careful to make sure your package arrives safely, please choose the “sign on delivery” option at checkout. I can’t be held accountable for any items unfortunately lost in transit once they have been shipped. 

All Australian orders will receive tracking advice via email once they are shipping.

International Orders

Currently international orders can only be placed via the shopping cart for shipping to the USA, Canada and the UK. Please get in touch via the contact page for a shipping quote if you'd like to order and ship to a destination not shown.

International orders are charged a flat rate of $25. International orders are shipped via Australia Post using their standard international shipping, which includes tracking. 

If you would like to upgrade your international shipping to have sign on delivery and / or insurance, please get in touch prior to ordering for a quote. Please be aware that I can't be held accountable for any items unfortunately lost in transit once they have been shipped.   

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic items shipped internationally could potentially take a long time to arrive. Please check the Australia Post website here for parcel delivery estimates.

Returns + Exchanges

I take every care I can to ensure that I provide you with a high quality item that I think you will love for years to come.

 As such I am unable to offer refunds or exchange for items unless they are genuinely faulty or damaged. I reserve the right to repair or replace where possible based on the ACCC guidelines.

If your item is faulty please get in touch within 2 days of receiving it to organise its return and postage covered. 

Please be aware that handwoven items may sometimes have small “skips” in the weave structure that occur during the weaving process. These tiny flaws often go unnoticed and adds to each items unique character and are not considered to be faults or damages. 

Items must be returned with tracking within 14 days of purchase, as items lost in transit will not be covered.

Please note that items cannot be returned for exchange or refund as the result of not being cared for properly. Please refer to my detailed care instructions when caring for your items.
